Meet Our Board
Tami Worthington
Executive Director - President
Clearly a big fan of Lexington and volunteerism! Since moving to Lexington nine years ago, her home has been host for Porches & Peaches as well as the 2017 Old Homes Tour. She is chair of the mural restoration project which she began in May 2017. Often volunteered with the Food Pantry of Lexington, active member of GFWC Woman’s Club of Lexington, Board Member at Large of Lexington Community Betterment Association, former President of Lexington Auditorium Association Board of Directors, Chairperson of Steering Committee for the 2022 Bicentennial Celebration, and served a 24-month
term on a Federal Grand Jury in 2019-2020. Currently employed (for the last three years) as Deputy Public Administrator of Lafayette County. “Happy to serve on the LAA Board once again to help guide the way to successful community events and preserve the integrity of this beautiful, historic building the best way we are able.”
Rick Cottrell
Executive Director - Vice President
Jill Nienhiser
Executive Director - Secretary
Raised in Lexington, Jill wandered off to Chicago for college and then to Washington, DC to work. She came home in 2024 and has put her skills to work for The Lex.
She has extensive experience in communication consulting, writing, and instructional design. She also has a background in theater and a history of following indie bands so she's hoping to bring more theater and music to The Lex's schedule.
So far she has taken on jobs like managing the organization's tax exempt status, submitting the annual federal and state corporation filings, organizing the physical and electronic files, and getting the all-important picnic licenses so we can serve alcohol at events!
Jennifer Jellum
Executive Director - Co-Treasurer
Born and raised in Lafayette County, Jennifer has always believed in serving her community. After working as City Collector for Lexington, she has proudly served as County Treasurer for the past 13 years.
Jennifer also works in real estate, helping families and investors find the right fit.
She and her husband, Chad, have one son, Spencer.
Whether in public service or real estate, Jennifer simply loves helping her community thrive.
Suzanne Kaullen
Executive Director - Co-Treasurer
Born and raised in Lexington, Suzanne & husband Steve have raised three active sons. She's always been involved in school groups such as PTO & Minutemen Athletic Booster Club while substitute teaching for the district. In the past Suzanne worked for the Chamber of Commerce and a few of Lexington’s finest stores such as the Velvet Pumpkin, Il Bel Carrello, and Lexington Antique Co. For the past 13 years, she's been at LHS in the front office and currently you can find her in the library and as the senior class sponsor. In her spare time she is dedicated to her family (including six grandchildren). She also loves to travel, go RV camping, and fishing.
Suzanne loves her hometown and enjoys volunteering her time on the executive board of The Lex. as co-treasurer with Jennifer Jellum. We are determined to keep the doors open and provide a variety of quality events for all ages! The Lex is also a beautiful venue for your private event at a reasonable price.
Pam Anders

Pam is thrilled to be part of The Lex family! As a newer member of the Lexington community, she's honored to serve on the board and contribute to the exciting future ahead. Here's to growth, connection, and making great things happen—onward and upward!
Holly Schneider
Director
Holly Schneider is a Culinary Arts Instructor at Lex La Ray Technical Center, where she loves working with students and helping them grow both in and out of the kitchen. She has a passion for cooking, competing, and mentoring the next generation of chefs.
Holly is proud to be part of the Lexington community. She serves on the Tourism Board, supports local events, and enjoys finding ways to bring people together. When she’s not teaching, you can find her spending time with her husband and three kids, singing on the worship team at church, or staying active.
Holly is excited to serve on the Lexington Auditorium Board and looks forward to helping create events and opportunities that make the community even stronger.
Cristina Wilbur
DIrector
Cristina was born and raised in the Philippines and has been living in the United States for more than 25 years. She recently moved to Lexington, where she is enjoying becoming part of her new community.
As a volunteer member, she is grateful for the opportunity to give back and support initiatives that help strengthen the community, and is happy to serve as the newest member of the board.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her life partner and caring for their four beloved dogs. She loves to travel and also enjoys staying active through biking, walking and playing pickleball.
